Wir alle begegnen in unserem Alltag Situationen, die reaktantes Verhalten ausl\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnen, sei es auf mehr als 10\u2019000 Metern \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel oder auch in Bezug auf spezifische Gewohnheiten. Reaktanz oder darauf folgend reaktantes Verhalten entsteht n\u00e4mlich, wenn die pers\u00f6nliche Freiheit eingeschr\u00e4nkt wird (Brehm, 1996). Aber findet sich dieses Ph\u00e4nomen auch in der psychotherapeutischen Praxis? Falls ja, wie erkennt man Reaktanz und was kann man tun, um diesen Widerstand zu verhindern? Um diese Fragen genauer unter die Lupe zu nehmen, haben wir zwei G\u00e4ste eingeladen, die uns die Relevanz von Reaktanz im Rahmen der psychotherapeutischen Praxis n\u00e4her bringen. Gest\u00fctzt auf empirische Evidenz (Karno, Beutler, &amp; Harwood, 2002; Karno &amp; Longabaugh, 2005; Karno, Longabaugh, &amp; Herbeck, 2010; Longabaugh et al., 2005) erl\u00e4utern sie uns, wieso es gerade in der Therapie von Alkoholabh\u00e4ngigkeit auf die Passung von Patienten- und Therapie-Charakteristika ankommt und was dies in der Praxis bedeutet.
