A telenovela by Gina Knapp and Napamogona community, Papua New Guinea. Community Soap Opera or telenovela from Papua New Guinea. German anthropologist Gina Knapp has  been working in the Eastern Highlands Province, Papua New Guinea for many years. After a violent outbreak, she produced a pilot film for a whole telenovela about conflict and peace, and everyday life. This is a collaborative project in film making: her interlocutors wrote the script, acted and did the technical tasks for filming.
