Vincent Dodd is a PhD candidate and independent scholar at the Monash Indigenous Studies Centre, Monash University. Since 2021, he has collaborated with Yanyuwa families in Borroloola, focusing on the return and remediation of archival materials collected over decades. His research explores how archives can serve as living resources for cultural continuity, memory work, and intergenerational healing. Within the Yanyuwa Animation Project, he has contributed a critical perspective on the role of archives in supporting digital storytelling and safeguarding Indigenous Law.
