Mark Brunton (Kāi Tahu, Kāti Māmoe, Waitaha; BA, PGDipComm, MIndS, University of Otago) has worked at the University of Otago for over 25 years and is currently Senior Strategic Advisor Māori to the Chief Operating Officer.. He serves on the Appeals Board and the Health and Safety Committee, is Research Manager Māori, and is a member of the Human Ethics Committee. Brunton was also part of the protocol development group for The Pacific Research Protocols from the University of Otago.
