“David Fonzie Glama is a Lecturer in the Department of Governance and Leadership at Divine Word University and currently serves as a Programme Officer at UNICEF Papua New Guinea. His research focuses on stakeholder and community engagement in development projects, leadership and ethics in project management, and procurement practices across government and donor-funded initiatives. Combining academic inquiry with practical experience, he aims to improve project transparency, participation, and ethical standards in Papua New Guinea.”
