The Monash Indigenous Studies Centre (MISC), part of the School of Philosophical, Historical, and Indigenous Studies at Monash University, is a leading hub for research and teaching on Indigenous histories, cultures, and contemporary experiences. It offers undergraduate majors in Indigenous Cultures and Histories, graduate research opportunities, and community-based projects. The Centre’s researchers are internationally recognized for reshaping understandings of Indigenous histories, archaeologies, and cultural heritage.
