Irene Kmudu Paulsen contributed to the Invisible Mothers project as a community researcher, helping to foreground young Pasifika mothers’ own voices in a study conducted in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She brings expertise from her work at Victoria University Australia and her doctoral background from the University of Auckland. Her scholarship focuses on Pacific Islander learners’ educational transitions and affordability in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
