“Professor Bagele Chilisa is a full professor at the University of Botswana, specializing in research design, measurement, and evaluation. With over 30 years of experience, she is a global leader in indigenous and culturally responsive research methodologies. She has supervised more than 50 graduate theses, published extensively, and received major grants for projects addressing gender inequality and HIV/AIDS. Her influential book Indigenous Research Methodologies is widely used worldwide. Professor Chilisa also serves on international advisory boards, including for the UNDP and the International Evaluation Council.”
