Laura Rademaker

Laura Rademaker is an ARC DECRA Research Fellow whose work examines the history of Indigenous self-determination in Australia. She is the award-winning author of Found in Translation: Many Meanings on a North Australian Mission, and her research spans Indigenous history, cross-cultural encounters, religion, gender, and oral history. She collaborates closely with local communities, including on the Aboriginal Rock Art and the Telling of History project.
