Qualitative Inquiry (IQ)
“IQ provides an interdisciplinary forum for the latest world-leading research related to qualitative methodologies in the humanities and social sciences. To this end, the journal endeavors to publish across the methodological spectrum, including but not limited to ethnography, autoethnography, Indigenous methodologies, arts as research, reflexive thematic analysis, and participatory action research—as well as interdisciplinary developments and debates related to postmodern, poststructural, new materialist, and post-qualitative forms of inquiry. Engaging with ongoing conversations related to the epistemological, ontological, and axiological foundations of research, the journal seeks submissions that attend to the development of qualitative methodologies and approaches to inquiry, rather than those manuscripts which simply use a qualitative method or technique in the conduct of a research project.”
